The Process

1. Initial Consultation

The first step in making your website a reality is to establish the specifics of your requirements.
This may be done via email, telephone or in person.
Please note: face-to-face meetings will require all travel and accommodation expenses for both partners to be covered by you when outside the Glasgow (Central), Scotland areas.
The more information and detail you can provide the better able we will be to deliver a solution that fits your business needs.

Based on the information provided in the initial consultation we will research possible product solutions which meet your business requirements and budget. Please note, unless you have purchased one of our prepaid packages, once the services have been agreed upon, 50% of the balance will be due prior to commencement of the service.
The aim of this phase in the process is to accumulate relevant raw material in preparation of product design.
This includes collection of sample graphics and/or photography from you to aid the design phase. If you are unable to provide these we can capture the required digital imagery through our Photography Service.

Having researched and elaborated the specifics of your website requirements, we will create two design templates - one home page design and one internal page design.
These will be presented to you for your approval.
Your feedback will be incorporated into the design; however template revisions which require a drastic change will incur an additional charge.
We will also present a website structure to illustrate how the pages of your site will be organized to maximize usability.

Once you have approved the design and structure of your website, we can commence development.
In order for this phase to progress smoothly we expect all required textual and graphical content for the website be provided in a timely fashion by the client - unless these are being developed by us through our Photography and Copywriting services.

Once the website has been developed, it will undergo extensive testing on our servers to ensure it is error free and operates as intended.

Having passed our rigorous testing phase, your completed website will be uploaded to your hosting once our fees have been paid in full.
