Entreprenuer

For regular monthly updates

3 hours worth of basic updates per month.
Basic updates include addition of digitally supplied text and/or images on to existing pages. **
One package per website (i.e. cannot be used for multiple websites).
Turnaround: 7 to 10 working days.

All maintenance packages include:

Basic updates covering the addition of digitally supplied text and graphics to existing pages.
Alteration of client supplied digital images by size to fit existing pages.
Validation, testing and upload of updates.
Verification of client supplied links for existing pages.

** Maintenance packages do not include:

Layout changes.
Creation of new pages.
Flash Design & Animation.
Copywriting
Programming for additional functionality

The above maintenance exclusions are subject to additional costing as specified by our Services Rates.

*** Definitions:

A Minor Update is defined as any one of the following:

Addition of up to 7 links to external websites.
Up to 50 spelling corrections.
Addition of a block of text comprising up to 100 words as supplied and spellchecked by client.

A Major Update is defined as any one of the following:

Addition of one block of text comprising up to 400 words supplied and spellchecked by client.
Addition of up to 3 images including alteration of the digital images to fit website page, and addition of image caption.
Addition of 1 sound or video file to an existing multimedia page.

Travel Costs Outside of the Glasgow, Scotland Area	Travel costs are based upon a case by case basis. Please enquire if face to face consultation is needed.
Urgent work requested for completion over holiday periods or outside of normal business hours (i.e. during evenings and weekends)	Additional charge will be made equivalent to time and a half of hourly rate.

**** Copywriting and Logo Design fees include:

Research and familiarization with the subject area to include company and product
Composing a first draft
Proof-reading, and editing where necessary
Attending an initial briefing meeting (approximately 1 hour).
Travel costs (where geographically possible & agreed upon by client)and other expenses associated with the activities listed above.
Creation of final copy

Fees do not include:

Additional meetings and associated travel costs
Amendments as a result of a change to the original brief.
